Upon placing your order with Glow lighting you are deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions set out below.
Please read the terms and conditions, they contain important information.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
All fixed lighting should be installed by a fully qualified electrician.
Fixing screws are not included. You should make sure that all items are installed securely and fixings are suitable for the weight and use of the fitting.
Glow Lighting is not liable for any form of damage caused through the use or installation of our products, and under no circumstance will we pay by way of compensation any amount above that which was paid to us by the customer.
Our lighting is not IP rated and therefore should only be used in dry dust free environments.
All our Glow lighting is CE certified
We cannot guarantee our lighting meets the safety standards and operational requirements of any country outside the UK.
Glow Lighting has no minimum order requirements.
Payments through the website must be made by debit card, credit card or Paypal and payment will be taken when your products are ordered. We will also take orders over the telephone and all payment details will be destroyed after the order has been processed. We will take appropriate care to keep order and payment details secure.
When you have placed your order on our website we will send a confirmation email with your order number. If this email is not received please email firstname.lastname@example.org
All items are shipped on a fully insured courier, and are packed carefully to ensure a safe arrival.
In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment please let us know as soon as possible email@example.com and please keep all packaging in case of an insurance claim.
Delivery of out of stock or made to order products may be longer, in this case we will keep you informed by email.
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive as expected please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org
Should delivery be refused and the items returned to us a delivery charge will be incurred for re-delivery.
When payment is made through Paypal, we will use the delivery address given to us by Paypal, unless otherwise notified by email immediately.
We do not currently ship internationally as standard, we are happy to quote accordingly if required.
We do not take any responsibility for import VAT.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, providing the claim is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods to email@example.com and returned in the next 14 days in their original condition*. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item. The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.
Returns are not accepted for Bespoke orders, where products have been altered or produced to the client's requirements.
*Items must be returned in the condition they were sold, i.e. unused and unaltered.
Once a return has been accepted, a refund will be made within the next 30 days.
