Delivery Info
All items are shipped on a fully insured courier, and are packed carefully to ensure a safe arrival.
In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment please let us know as soon as possible sales@glowlighting.co.uk and please keep all packaging in case of an insurance claim.
Delivery of out of stock or made to order products may be longer, in this case we will keep you informed by email.
In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive as expected please contact us as soon as possible on sales@glowlighting.co.uk
Should delivery be refused and the items returned to us a delivery charge will be incurred for re-delivery.
When payment is made through Paypal, we will use the delivery address given to us by Paypal, unless otherwise notified by email immediately.International shipping
We do not currently ship internationally as standard, we are happy to quote accordingly if required.
We do not take any responsibility for import VAT.

There are countless combinations available. The simplest method is to click the "Contact Us" button or email us at sales@glowlighting.co.uk for friendly advice, further images, and a personalised quote.
As a reference, the bauble costs will be added to the price of our existing pendant lights. Small baubles, such as the soft diamond, hourglass, and round, are priced at £40.00 each, while the large baubles are priced at £55.00 each.
