Shipping policy

Delivery

Our products are all assembled in our Ripon workshop. Usually lead time is 1-2 weeks, however occasionally items will be made to order, therefore lead time could be up to 4 weeks.

We will contact you by email to advise of any delays and keep you up to date with your orders progress via email. 

Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to meet your deadlines.

Shipping on UK mainland orders is free of charge, other areas may incur a charge, please contact us for more information.

Tracking information will be sent via email upon dispatch of your order, with a consignment number, you can then track or amend your delivery online.

All items are shipped on a fully insured courier, and are packed carefully to ensure a safe arrival.
In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment please let us know as soon as possible sales@glowlighting.co.uk and please keep all packaging in case of an insurance claim.

International shipping

We do not currently ship internationally as standard, we are happy to quote accordingly if required.
We do not take any responsibility for import VAT.
