Each piece is carefully packed using protective, eco-conscious materials, ensuring your glass arrives safely. All orders are shipped with fully insured couriers for complete peace of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@glowlighting.co.uk and retain all packaging for insurance purposes.
As most pieces are made to order, delivery times may vary. We will keep you informed throughout.
If your order does not arrive as expected, please get in touch and we will resolve this promptly.
Please note, if delivery is refused and returned to us, a re-delivery charge will apply.
International shipping
We do not currently ship internationally as standard, we are happy to quote accordingly if required.
Please note, if you're purchasing from outside of the UK you will be responsible for any associated import taxes.

For reference, bauble costs are added to the price of our existing pendant lights. Small baubles, including the Soft Diamond, Hourglass, and Round designs, are £40.00 each, while large baubles are £55.00 each.
