We hope you love your lighting, however if something isn’t quite right, please email sales@glowlighting.co.uk within 30 days of receipt to arrange your return.

All returns must be authorised before being sent back to us. As a small business, we’re unable to offer free returns. We can arrange a collection for you, with £15 deducted from your refund, or you are welcome to return the item using your preferred carrier. Items must be returned:

In their original packaging
Used and uninstalled
In the condition they were received

Standard Website Orders

Items ordered via our website, including your chosen glass colour, size, and finish form part of our standard collection and are eligible for return in line with this policy.

Bespoke Items.

Bespoke items are those produced outside of our standard website options (for example, made to order custom lengths or special sizes) and are non-returnable.

Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

For reference, bauble costs are added to the price of our existing pendant lights. Small baubles, including the Soft Diamond, Hourglass, and Round designs, are £40.00 each, while large baubles are £55.00 each.
