If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, providing the claim is made within 7 days of receipt of the goods to sales@glowlighting.co.uk and returned in the next 14 days in their original condition*. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different item. The cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.

Returns are not accepted for Bespoke orders, where products have been altered or produced to the client's requirements.
*Items must be returned in the condition they were sold, i.e. unused and unaltered.
Once a return has been accepted, a refund will be made within the next 30 days.
