Refund policy
We hope you love your lighting, however if something isn’t quite right, please email sales@glowlighting.co.uk within 30 days of receipt to arrange your return.
All returns must be authorised before being sent back to us.
As a small business, we’re unable to offer free returns. We can arrange a collection for you, with £15 deducted from your refund, or you are welcome to return the item using your preferred carrier.
Items must be returned:
- In their original packaging
- Unused and uninstalled
- In the condition they were received
Standard Website Orders
Items ordered via our website, including your chosen glass colour, size, and finish form part of our standard collection and are eligible for return in line with this policy.
Bespoke Items
Bespoke items are those produced outside of our standard website options (for example, made to order custom lengths or special sizes) and are non-returnable.
Once your return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please look carefully through your package. We take great care in packaging your lights, however, movement does occur in transit and some smaller items may now be hiding within the packaging.
Please notify us as soon as possible and within 5 working days of receipt if something seems damaged or amiss with your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift vouchers.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will contact you directly to arrange a replacement.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived with us, we’ll carefully check it and let you know as soon as it’s been received.
If everything is in order, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show the refund in your account.
